Autool CNC602A Injector Cleaner and Tester for 110V

Before opening the machine, clean the outside of the injector with gasoline or cleaning liquid. Next, place the injectors in an ultrasonic bathtub after the exterior is free of dirt. Turn on the ultrasonic system and let the pulsed ultrasonic energy dislodge any particles or built-up deposits inside the injectors. Secure the injectors back onto the main machine.

Proceed to test the injectors for resistance, shorts, and current draw. Perform a leak test, spray pattern evaluation, and flow rate testing on a flow bench. Once complete, return the injectors to the flow bench for retesting of all functions.

The tester provides the following functions:

Ultrasonic Cleaning: Sends signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning fluid and ultrasonic vibration to thoroughly remove carbon deposits and impurities inside the injectors.

Idle Speed Test (0-20ms): Simulates engine idling speed to test the fuel injector's condition.

Medium Speed Test (0-7.5ms): Simulates engine running at medium speed to test the fuel injector's condition.

High-Speed Test (0-4ms): Simulates high-engine speed to test the fuel injector's performance.

Acceleration Test: Simulates car acceleration to test the fuel injector's performance.

Shift Speed Test: Simulates car gear shifting to test the fuel injector's working performance.

Leakage Test: Tests the sealing condition of the fuel injector.

Idle/Medium/High-Speed Sprayability Test: Simulates different engine speeds to test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.

Reverse Flush: Cleans the injectors by reversing the test liquid flow from outlet to inlet, removing dirt or strainer blockages (for top-feed injectors).

No-Disassembly Cleaning: Provides direct cleaning without disassembling the injectors, using special adapters.
